By submitting this form, you are requesting a temporary hold on the selected date(s). This is not a confirmed booking, rental agreement, or guarantee of use.

Date holds are subject to AKS review and approval. AKS may approve, decline, modify, or release a hold at its discretion based on availability, production details, required documentation, payment status, or other booking requirements.

A hold is temporary and will expire after 3 days unless AKS confirms, extends, or converts it into a confirmed booking in writing.

Dates are not confirmed as booked until all required booking steps are completed, including any required AKS agreement, payment, insurance documentation, proof of workers’ compensation coverage, and any other requirements requested by AKS.

Submitting a hold request does not give the requester any right to enter, occupy, use, advertise, or otherwise rely on the stage or facility as booked.

AKS is not responsible for any costs, expenses, schedule changes, crew commitments, travel, vendor bookings, or production decisions made before a booking is fully confirmed in writing.

Pricing, availability, and approval may change based on the final production details, including pre-light days, shoot days, dark days, crew size, vehicles, equipment, catering, parking/basecamp needs, and special requirements.

If a full AKS stage rental agreement is later issued, that agreement will control the actual booking. If there is any conflict between these hold terms and the final AKS agreement, the final AKS agreement controls.
